Using Poup

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in private, and use Poup only for lawful personal or business activity. Do not automate scans, create duplicate accounts to obtain extra rewards, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's information.

Businesses and appointments

Participating businesses are responsible for their own services, pricing, availability, safety, and appointment decisions. A request is not confirmed until the business confirms it. Poup helps organize the connection but is not the provider of the business's service.

Rewards

Each campaign may have its own eligibility, expiration, redemption, service, and availability rules. Rewards have no cash value unless a campaign clearly says otherwise. Fraudulent, duplicated, transferred, or technically manipulated rewards may be canceled.

Payments and products

Prices and fulfillment terms are shown before purchase. Provider-confirmed payments determine whether an online order is paid. Custom or personalized products may have different return limits when work has already begun.

Availability and changes

Poup may change or pause features to protect customers, businesses, data, or system reliability. We work to keep active QR pages and saved records available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Account closure

You may close a customer account from Account. Poup may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, security threats, or repeated violation of these terms.
